What are your mug designs made with?
I use sublimation printing, which means the design is permanent. There is a special ink that bonds with a coating on the mug. It is dishwasher and microwave safe, and will not come off ever! However, since the design is applied via heat, extreme heat can cause the ink to run, so I suggest keeping it away from the "heat dry" feature on your dishwasher.
My mug arrived broken! What do I do?
When you order from my shop, shipping automatically includes insurance. So no worries! If your mug is broken in transit, I will ship a new mug, free of charge. All I need is pictures of the broken mug. Insurance may require the buyer to fill out a portion of paperwork in order for a replacement mug to be sent.
I need my order SOON! What do I do?
Rush shipping options are available! I have a rush shipping listing that can be purchased at any time. This costs only $5 and will have your order in the mail within 1 business day. Expedited Shipping is also available for those extra special orders that you need right now!
Do you customize items?
Yes! I can customize just about anything. Change the font, colors, wording, etc. Just shoot me a message with what you'd like and I'll let you know what I can do!
I need a LOT of mugs, do you offer discounts?
I have a variety of discounts I offer! A bulk order is considered any order of 10+ mugs that are all of the same or similar design. I offer a percentage off of these orders, depending on how many you need.
Wholesale pricing is available as well!
Where do I add customization details?
You can add order notes on the cart page under Note to Seller. If you're using Apple pay or the Buy it Now option, this may not show up. If you can't find it, just message me the details!
I'd like to order from both of your shops, do I have to pay shipping twice?
No problem! If you send me a message, I can ship your orders together and refund any extra shipping charges. It is very important that you send me a message or leave a note on your order as soon as possible!
I already placed an order, can I add onto it?
If you place a second order, and I have not shipped your first order, please contact me ASAP! I should be able to ship your orders together and refund any extra shipping charges. Many times I do not notice when a customer has multiple orders from me, so it's very important to contact me as soon as possible.
How long will my order take to ship?
The processing times listing on my shop and listings are set to accommodate times of heavy work load, vacation, days off, and sick days. I work from home and raise a family, so my processing times stated accommodate any needs I might have. Generally your order will ship much much sooner, but there are times I use the full processing times (as stated above), and during the holidays (where I am usually about 1-2 weeks out on all orders). You are ALWAYS welcome to message me to see what my current turnover rate is, and I'll be happy to tell you. If you need it sooner, the rush listing is available for purchase.
